v The Age between which education has been made a fundamental right is 6 to 14 years

v The age limit to define minor under indian panel code ,1860 is below 16 years of age for male and below 18 years of age for female .

v A person under Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 is considered as a Child and Juvenile if he/she has not completed 18 years of age .
